MILANO – La Russia si dice “pronta” a un cessate il fuoco oggi stesso, “ore 10 di Mosca”, per consentire l’evacuazione dei civili in Ucraina. Lo riporta la Bbc, citando media russi statali.
Le città indicate per le evacuazioni sono Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv e Mariupol.
