A dare l’annuncio è il responsabile delle relazioni con gli investitori, Paul Vogel, al termine di una giornata di briefing con i possibili finanziatori. Lo scorso 28 febbraio Spotify aveva annunciato la tanto attesa quotazione senza specificare una data. La piattaforma non si quoterà con la tradizionale Ipo, ma con la cosiddetta ‘quotazione diretta’.
